Auburn Missions
Missions are a vital part of Auburn Baptist; as we move out into the community, nation, and ends of the world. Jesus commanded us to make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:18-20) and be His witnesses here, there, and everywhere (Acts 1:8). As believers, we must take these commands seriously and be obedient to them. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). Christ died for us so that we could be reconciled to God. In order to believe in Jesus, people must hear about Jesus. That is why we go! We go into our community, state, nation, and around the world to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ! At Auburn Baptist Church, we go together for the glory of God and the good of man.
Our church prayerfully and financially supports several missionaries and mission agencies in various places around the world. We have numerous opportunities to participate in a short-term mission project either at home or abroad. Join us in supporting these efforts in prayer and participation by reviewing the mission partnerships and missions opportunities.
